For example, the news and YouTube creators want to maximize views by promoting extreme points of view. This often involves predicting crashes or lottery-winning gains.

The Market Distillery was founded by Dr. Alex Stewart who earned his doctorate through The University of Florida and is trained to analyze the market using academically sound techniques to keep the analysis as neutral as possible.

Further, The Market Distillery is an independent company who has no incentive for buyers and sellers to transact.

Lastly, our data comes directly from reputable sources like local MLSs, FRED, Optimal Blue, Freddie Mac, and more so that it is accurate and timely. 

Other companies use publicly available data such as Redfin, Zillow, and ATTOM which can be delayed or incomplete.

Primarily, we offer market coaching to active real estate agents.
